TAREEQA e amal yun hain ki es amal ka izhaar kisi se na kiya jaen aur
amal se pahlay hi kisi mohtaj ko khana khila diya jaen aur khush kar
liya jaen.urooj maah se kisi saad din aur saad saat se b,ad e fajr ya
isha es amal ko shuru karna hain.aur amal ye hain ki bawazu aur

kachay pet walay hain uspay ye amal ki rohaniyat hi nahi khulaegi.aur har kisi ko har ek bat maloom nahi ho sakti har kisi ka ruhani level mukhtalif hota hain.
